For years, I believed I was doing everything I was told would lead to good health. I exercised consistently, followed strict diets, and prided myself on discipline. On the outside, I looked healthy. On paper, I was educated. Inside, my body was suffering.

Q: What if I can’t afford all the best food? 

A: REAL food, even if it’s not necessarily the best quality, is still better than not eating real food at all. The concepts in this course will still be applicable even if you are not able to source the best quality foods at this time – and I provide you good, better, best options in the grocery guides. 

Q: Can my husband benefit from this course?

A: Yes! While I wrote this course specifically for women, all concepts can be applied to HIM and really any member of your family as well. That’s the cool thing about learning simple physiology ;)

As you nourish and bring your body out of the danger state and into the realm of healing, it will find a weight that it feels safest at. However, if you are gaining excess amounts of weight – something may be off in your approach, but I address how to watch for that in this course. I also give you the tools necessary to approach weightloss from a metabolically appropriate standpoint should you need that.
